Returns and Cancellations

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return one or more items within 7 days of delivery and choose to receive replacement items or exercise your right to cancel. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return/refund requests after this period.

The right to return and cancel is considered correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:

  • The products must not have been used and/or damaged;

  • The products must be returned in their original packaging with the warranty seal applied to the product;

  • The returned products must be sent in a single shipment.

Once these three conditions are met, there are three available options:

  • Product Exchange (specifying the size you wish to receive in exchange);

  • Gift Card (a voucher that allows you to keep the funds online to use as virtual money on the site);

  • Refund (specifying by email which products you wish to receive a refund for).

Note: For refunds only, the home pickup and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Once you have chosen one of the above options, you can proceed to return the items to the following address:

When making a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs unless they received a defective product. In that case, we will organize the pickup. Please contact our Customer Service Team within 3 days. After 3 days, the free pickup service will no longer be available.

Please note that the risks of transport for the return of products will be entirely borne by the Buyer.

We reserve the right not to accept products from the same order that are returned and shipped at different times.

In the unlikely event that the return is made in unacceptable conditions, we may have to send it back to you.

We also offer a paid home pickup service for returns. Please contact Customer Service for more information.

Non-refundable Products:

  • Gift Cards

  • Books

  • Grooming Products

In some cases, only partial refunds are guaranteed:

  • If the order is not in its original condition, damaged, or if there are missing parts not attributable to our mistake;

  • If the order is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
